New Zealand Creameries is Talley’s ice cream division. Talley’s Group is New Zealand’s largest privately owned food production & supply company, operating since 1936.

Our ice cream, made from real fresh milk and fresh cream, offers smooth, creamy indulgence in a wide variety of flavours — from classic favorites to bold, adventurous options.

We produce it at our two factories located in Auckland and Motueka. We have been making ice cream and exporting it to Asia since 1997. We have two ice cream brands, Deep South and Motueka Creamery, both are loved by New Zealanders. But most of our business is in contract manufacturing for global brands. As the rest of the world catches onto the hidden gem of New Zealand ice cream, we’re quickly becoming one of the country’s top exporters.
