Future Cuisine 是一家专门生产和出口新西兰优质海鲜产品的公司。


公司总部设立在新西兰的奥克兰,上海分公司成立至今已有三年,主要负责品牌的推广和产品的宣传。


我们专注于新西兰绿壳青口贝的生产和出口,同时还拥有其他丰富的产品系列,包括:新西兰帝王鲑鱼、太平洋生蚝、以及各类新西兰常见鱼种。


公司由 Joe Kouwenhoven 在20年前创建的,发展至今依旧是100%新西兰独资的家族企业。我们公司出产的其他海鲜产品也成为新西兰人餐桌上不可缺少的佳肴。

我们的青口贝生长在新西兰水质最纯净的科罗曼德半岛海域,青口贝产品分别有鲜活、半壳、以及纯青口肉的形式供选择。


Future Cuisine 每周都有3次航班把鲜活的青口贝空运到中国。我们同时也有一系列的冷冻零售产品针对零售终端客户的,包括冷冻帝王鲑、冷冻青口和冷冻长尾鳕鱼。


Future Cuisine 同时也是 Mt Cook Alpine Salmon(库克山帝王鲑)在中国指定的合作伙伴。高品质的新西兰冰川帝王鲑每周也有2次的航班空运到中国。

Future Cuisine 致力于开发中国市场,公司的目标是长期的向中国市场提供稳定的高品质的新西兰海鲜产品。

Future Cuisine is a producer and exporter of premium New Zealand Seafood.


We are headquarted in Auckland New Zealand, with Future Cuisine (Shanghai) Limited a wholly owned subsidiary operating a sales and marketing office in Shanghai for the past 3 years.


Our key focus is New Zealand Green Shell Mussels, however, the wider portfolio includes New Zealand King Salmon, Pacific Oysters, and frozen fin fish.


The business was established 20 years ago by Joe Kouwenhoven, and remains a 100% New Zealand family owned business to this day.

Our product has become a stable of the New Zealand seafood diet.  Future Cuisine mussels are grown in the pristine waters of the Coromandel Peninsula in New Zealand. These mussels are available in live, half Shell, and meat formats.

Future Cuisine is airfreighting LIVE green shell mussel and pacific oysters to China three times per week. We also have a range of retail ready frozen products covering king salmon, mussels and hoki.

Future Cuisine is the China partner for Mt Cook Alpine Salmon. Highly sort after premium New Zealand King Salmon.  Mt Cook Alpine Salmon is airfreighted fresh chilled to China twice per week in G&G and portion formats.

Future Cuisine has a long-term goal to develop and grow premium New Zealand seafood within China.
