Our southern rock lobsters (Jasus edwardsii) thrive in the cold, pure ocean waters of Fiordland at the southernmost corner of New Zealand.

The region is dominated by steep alps, native forest and remote coastline. In this environment, southern rock lobsters grow slowly, with a delicate and delicious flesh.

Distinctively red, this large lobster species continues to stand out from its counterparts. Southern rock lobsters are all wild caught as they cannot be farmed.
